Waypoint Thermal Management Enclosure Cooler Lowers Cabinet Temps in only 2 RU

the waypoint enclosure cooling blower is designed to help lower temperatures in cabinets housing servers and other electronic devices by up to 9°c (15°f) while using only 2 rmu (rack mount units) of mounting space. by helping to lower internal cabinet temperatures, the waypoint enclosure cooling blower helps prevent overheating of critical microprocessors and other electronic components that are consuming more electricity as they grow more powerful. designed for quiet, long-life operation, the waypoint enclosure cooling blower also generates significantly greater discharge pressures than conventional fans, substantially increasing the cooling benefit.

the waypoint enclosure cooling blower directs cool air from the floor vertically up th efront of the enclosure between the front door and the front of the servers.  it delivers the cool air to the top of the cabinet, resulting in reduced server exhaust aire temperatures, improving thermal performance and durability.  this reduction in cabinet temperature allows systsems to run at the optimal performance.
